Review

The author, Rajiv Mittal, has indeed put forth a wonderful novel. It's indeed appreciable that the author has chosen such a difficult theme yet explained it so beautifully. The author has an uncanny ability to make readers contemplate even after finishing the story. Characterisation has played a vital role in the story. I especially loved the character of Bhavna. The character of Ravi is unique as well as peculiar and I liked it as well. This story describes the different dimensions of human emotions as well as how revenge and anger can be the dominant emotions at times leading to unrealistic acts to satisfy the mind. This novel also reflects the treatment towards elderly people by the society and spreads a subtle social message.

The cover could have been more attractive. The title is catchy but a short English subtitle could have complemented it better. The language is lucid. The use of reference from Hindu mythology deserves special mention. The theme, plot, Storyline are wonderful.
